I love the Hilton and have stayed here many times. Hotel is a little bit of a walk of of the city center but there is lots of public transport which is just a short ride. Breakfast is amazing. Always very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The bed for me is a little too hard but my husband finds it really comfortable. I still love this hotel. Would stay again.

Everything was excellent, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff at the reception were excellent, one by one. The entrance to the hotel was fast, respectful, and smiling.

Lobby was massive and inviting to sit and relax in. Facilities were top notch and well run. Hotel laid out well and check in/ out times were nice and relaxed. Food was decent price, and the 15% off with breakfast was welcome. Rooms were a bit small, but we spent so little time in there compared to in the amazing lobby that it didn't matter all that much. Gym was lovely and modern, as a squash player the court was a welcome surprise.

The staff was very nice, respected privacy, the location is the best it can be, great view. Check-In was very fast and so was Check-out, the pool is amazing, I like the lifts which are unique. I also like the staff in front of the hotel who will even ask you if you need a taxi.

Exceeded our expectations with the size of the hotel and rooms. Interior looks cute, has sophisticated facilities and amenities.

Nice and fancy looking rooms but not the biggest. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious with a very wide choice. The Gym is excellent and the pool looks nice. The hotel is quite far out of the centre so you will need to use public transport or ubers to get somewhere.

Brilliant 5 night stay with my 3 teenage children. Room was clean and spacious. We were able to check in early at no additional cost. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, the swimming facilities were splendid and for a small additional fee we were able to have a late check out. The concierge service was good. The view from the inwards looking rooms is into the large attrium which is very grand. On Christmas eve, a complimentary slab of white chocolate was left with 2 bottles of water - a nice touch. Cloud 9 bar is very trendy and is great to relax in after a day out. It had english music too which was a plus. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the old town square- we did this on a daily basis. Lots to do in Prague. Recommend both hotel and a Prague city visit especially at Christmas.

It is in the center of the city, which is like 10-20 mins walk to charles Bridge, castle, dancing building etc) Situated near to tram and train station. Just besides a supermarket, mcdonalds, pharmacy etc. Near to terminal 1 airport (10-15 mins) Hotel can also help you with city tour guides. About the hotel. Room is okay. Well maintained. Hotel and Indoor pool is temp controlled so it was environmentally warm during our winter stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Bed is comfortable. Food is just okay, sometimes tastes good and sometimes not. Lobby is really huge. This hotel is really great for business meetings, conferences and conventions as it has huge halls and a lot of meeting rooms, this hotel I guess has more than 500 rooms.
